Q: What type of search plans does SDL offer?

We offer a variety of service plans to support our clients with the approach that works best for them (i.e., retained, contingency, etc.). With our contingency search model, there is no upfront cost to view our top candidates and compare with what you’re seeing from other sources or direct applicants. Through our retained search model, we will develop a search plan unique to your organization and keep you engaged in every step of the recruitment process until the ideal candidate is identified.
