SDL Search Partners recently successfully filled a complex Finance opening with a Publicly Traded Life Sciences company headquartered in Cambridge, MA.

After struggling to find the right candidate for their Senior Manager, R&D Finance opening, the Director of Talent Acquisition of this company came to SDL. The Director of TA had success working with us on searches with her previous employer.

This client was looking for a very specific profile, requiring a high-touch, targeted approach. The candidate came into our network organically, reaching out to one of our recruiters to explore the market, and the timing was just right. We screened the candidate for the specific experience (prior experience working with complex R&D teams, fostering relationships, and technical aptitude, along with prior Public Accounting experience).

Total search time from engagement to fill was 6 weeks.
