What is Our Process : Interview

Intake Call
- Hiring on your team? We’re happy to set up an introductory call to understand your needs, and for you to meet with one of our experienced account managers.
- During our intake call, we’ll ask some preliminary questions, and then will dive into a bird’s eye view of the market. Our goal will be to understand your ideal candidate profile, and also share our industry knowledge and suggest options that are outside the box, to provide give the most value to your search.
- From here we will agree upon a timeline that works for you in regards to: providing candidates, status updates, feedback, and ultimately hiring.

The Interview Process
- The next step is getting started interviewing. The value we can provide here is guidance on how to conduct the interview process to create a positive, informative experience for both sides.
- We will help schedule, coordinate, and provide candidate feedback for each round of interviews – easing the burden, especially when interviewing multiple candidates.
- We will also help navigate tricky processes where candidates have multiple interviews happening simultaneously, giving you the best chance at securing your ideal candidate.

Beginning the Search
- Once we have the parameters set – our team will get to work on your search. We work collaboratively as a unit, so though you have a single point-person here, you’ll have access to the deep networks of all team members at SDL.
- With your timeline in mind, we will always make sure that we are either providing you with candidates for review, or status updates on more difficult / nuanced / technical searches.
- Candidate representation – we have personally met with & screened each candidate that is presented, many who we have had long-standing relationships with. Each time we present a candidate, it will be accompanied by a detailed summary on the individual, addressing many of the questions that you might have beyond the resume.
